You Learned a valued lesson.... Never buy a presario..... i HATE these computers. Highly compaq proprietary I have four customers that have these POS and I cringe every time I have to touch one. I have everything from hardware incompatiblity, to software incompatibility, to poor service and support from compaq. FYI. Deskpro's are much betterbut more $$$. Sean
