I think this is quite better what Cognicase is doing than just opening a marketing office and try to do it by yourself. Time is money and this saves time + gets you well managed establish business. For Cognicase, the fuel is their tools and they need as many apostles as possible and some manpower. Cognicase should still have around $45M-$50M in cash for more acquisitions... Yes, the stock is currently a bargain IMHO. Mephistopheles.
