Sure, selling shares in the $20s to exersize options priced in the single digits (look at the exersized price). When options are granted they usually are for a set price for a set duration, and then often at
at 10-20% discount to the market prices on the date they are granted.
If I was an insider, I'd be selling shares in the 20s to bu shares in the single digits too.

If most of the sells were not paired with options activity, I'd be real worried.
