Then add the 20,000,000 from the shell (BTW who owned that?), and divide $200,000,000 by 70,000,000 shares and guess what? Bingo, the public will think the whole thing is worth $2.85 a share. This is BB at its best: create $160,000,000 overnight. In other words sale something to a public company for $40,000,000 and tell the public the next day it is worth $200,000,000. Do you follow?
