Intel's JAVA strategy

I think the question with regard to an Intel Novell partnership is what is Intel's game plan for JAVA?

IF it is partnering with Novell, and it is more than showing the Feds what good little boys they are at Intel, then there must be a reason and a plan for JAVA partnering with Novell.

I know this thread is caught up in Celery MHz (I just put dill flavored 450 Mhz cream cheese on mine) and thinks only in terms of the last revenue cycle and beating AMD (not again!! what abuse) but I'm truly curious as to what Intel is up to here.

Does it represent some new thinking?
