Based on my estimates I figure the following average number of employees have been or will be involved in Tava's year 2k efforts.

Qtr 2 98 - Oct1 - Dec 31 97 - 40.
Qtr 3 98 - Jan 1 - March 31, 98 - 60.
Qtr 4 98 - April 1 - June 30,98 - 133.
Qtr 1 99 - July 1 - Sept 30, 98 - 249
Qtr 2 99 - Oct 1 - Dec 31, 98 - 257+. (+ if Tava continues hiring beyond the 150 mentioned in the last CC.)

As you can see Tava has only just begun it's year 2k growth.
And the impact of current hiring plans will not be fully felt until
Qtr. 2 99 is over. Qtr. 1 99 will be reported sometime in November.
As you can see that will be almost a double in year 2k employees from the previous quarter - which should give quite an increase in revenue. It will not be until the January report for Qtr 2 that we will see a leveling off in year 2k revenues - that is assuming no further hiring. So I would expect the stock price to at the very worst remain steady and far more likely to rise through November.

Also I hope Tava will continue it's aggressive hiring practices for another quarter or more. It seems to me that this is in their best interests. Even if they have to let a fair portion go, they also will have the opportunity to try and capture the best of the group.
And also it will permit a transition to their core business at a much higher level while allowing them to continue focusing on year 2k as long as possible.
