This is from a friend in Korea right now, I asked him how the tone was:

The tone is terrible here. Car traffic is about 30-50% less than before the IMF. Everyone accepts it as a "given" that things will get worse before it gets better. Things will still be bad in September (end of 3Q). Just what I hear.
