I usually stay quiet on this thread but I have a bit of information I'd like to share. The subject is: Coalbed methane fields in the Appalachians.....I know there have been sources listed prior to this one but they don't explain anything for a person to fully comprehend the "issue"--deposits, strata etc....here are a few sources that I came across a couple of days ago that in laymans terms explains it better. In times like these, it's better to be fully informed and comprehend the data than just have data. energy.er.usgs.gov and another one is energy.er.usgs.gov If this is a repeat of information already provided....then ignor it but thought it would be beneficial to some.
