I just got off the phone with Fred Phillips, CFO of Cayn. It wasn't the type of call I had hoped for, meaning all up-beat. He said they are waiting on several BIG deals to fall before the Q's end, and if they happen it will be the last week of the Q. Europe is strong but north america still seems to be a problem. The main positive was at these levels(stock price) a buy out is likely, because the market cap. is below the cost of the sum of the parts. This story will come to an end within 6-9 months one way or another. We agreed to play golf this summer, maybe I can feed Fred a few drinks and get a better answer to this story?? But I have to believe at this price there is alot of value here. Fred said we are entertaining all options.
