Bob, I think your scenario is pretty well on target except that you may want to think about a 6 month+ delay for the start of a sustainable upturn, IMO, till mid/late '99. Economic recoveries take time to get the momentum going in the same direction, and we have yet to see the bottom in Japan/Korea/China. Just my opinion, BB
