I was just talking about that here in my office! I *THINK* the board probably has 44% of the stock and they have assurances from enough of the other majors to exceed 50%. But your right, it is a strange comment.

Has there been ANY word from Nimbus this morning, or are these guys at the beach already?

BTW, how exactly will this work, will 11.50/share just show up in my brokerage account or will I have to dump it for the slightly less bid price?

I am feeling nauseous about this whole deal right now.
