Mr. Gates:

As I said before, I offer only help. True, no guarantees. True, only MY sources. I trust my sources but ask no one else to. You have not been right -- in my opinion -- on your analysis of the Matridigm company or solution. However, my sources have given me an unexpected -- although I always knew it was possible -- bit of information. I could just keep quiet, but as I said before, no one here really makes a difference in the big picture. We only make or save our own hides. Again, no proof -- can't. Just my people. They tell me the Nevada beta test has run into a "glitch". They think it will be corrected, but the efficiency will be marred a bit. Billions of dollars, in all probability, will go to a few hundred million at best. I have been told that Zitel will be fair-valued on this announcement at somewhere near $25 per share or $12.50 after the split. Zitel is still happy, but not nearly so. Matridigm will double the value of their company, but not make billionaires of them. Needless to say, I liquidated all my positions in ZITL today at $46.00 & change. My sources make me a great deal sometimes, but keep me out of trouble. ZITL made a tidy sum, but I was wanting the 10X. Oh well. I never short, but you should do well if you can hold on. Just remember, it will get to $25 even if it goes below. Don't get too greedy. I still maintain that it would have been a 10X if not for this unexpected problem. A lot of people are going to lose & make money on this. I am disappointed in how this is being withheld if it is true -- again, it comes from my sources only, so do your own homework. Call Matridigm, Nevada, etc., and hear the quietness. Best regards.
