The fact is, and this is public record, Oilex does have right of first refusal on any new-generation swabbers produced by OSR.

I doubt they are buying all of them, but if I remember what Steve said, they have least five of them now. They do sound a lot better than what Oilex had before. Time will tell if they can hold up in field use.
