David, I just received a fax from VocalTec informing me that there annual meeting was set for 10:00 A.M. today in Israel. From the knee jerk reaction of the stock it would appear that some good news may have leaked out. VocalTec's email said nothing about a proposed date for a conference call, which usually accompanies the quarterly meeting.
