Ted, I know you are jabbing and punching with the re-price option statement. But, when they were re-priced back in the first quarter, the options were re-priced in the $5.50 - $5.75 range. I don't think Terry Holdt is going to allow any more re-pricing but I think he is going to hold everyone at S3 to the challenge of making the previous re-pricing pay off. Frank, another thought regarding the "blink". Perhaps INTC now realizes that a commodity chip such as a graphics accelerator is not the business to be in? Word is that they have already reduced headcount at C&T and may be pushing efforts to the sub zero market as a standalone???? This is going to be very interesting. Calvin Scott
