Derek, many thanks for the encouraging words. Do you know if the pending "good news" is contingent upon a favorable ruling in Fairhaven? I can well imagine that Mr. Rivkin has lined up a nice fat project financing package to recoup some of the equity currently buried in Fairhaven, freeing it up to pay for the rest of the feasibility studies and start up for Orange, Bucklands, and S. Hadley. I can also imagine the lender would not sign on the line until the permit situation is clarified. Do you know if that's the case? What about financing for Mooretown? What holding that up? Maybe we'll have a ruling soon and then some other announcements in short order. Tied of waiting, however. Allan
