PRO NET SHAREHOLDER FILES FORM 144, TO SELL SHARES

WASHINGTON, DC, Jun. 09, 1998 (States) -- Fode Diof, a shareholder of Pro Net Link of New York, N.Y., reported on May 29, 1998, the proposed sale of 109,998 shares on May 20, 1998, for $800,000 through Pacific International Security.

This guy made out well looks like about $7.00+ a share or so, posted June 9th, reported sale May 29 sale took place May 20th but the stock wasn't that high May 20th was it? Looks like is was about $2.50 then. Any idea what this all means?
