Look John I do not think is jerking anyone around at all... He knows what is wrong and is working on getting everything is true perspective so he does not respresent himself wrongfully. He has some issues with the patents he has got to clean up and he has told everyone that.

Once this is done he has stated he is wanting to come back with Midland and Midland wants John and DF-144 back too but they are wanting to be sure that all the questions being raised can be answered and black and white verification can accompany those answers. After all the saleman pitchs were have experienced I do not see any harm in this.

Also they know they need assets in this shell and they are working on getting that done also. There are always private companies that would like to come public. You can change the name and ticker. I tell you wahat everything I saw and the prospetus I receive was extremely convincing to me. Now John I do not believe put that together but Dan did.

John could also be a victim in this mess ... Midland is not going after John or Clark just Dan. They are still in the country plus still in negotiations with Midland ... time is what investors do not like which is why I always say time is a stock's worse enemy.
