Buddy, I called FSTW and talked to investor relations. You are correct that they are in blackout period thus not kosher for me to talk to anyone else. There was no news, good or bad. NetGain beta seems to be moving forward on schedule and there is no reason to think that financials will be different than predicted for the quarter. Reading between the lines, I did imagine that I sensed some frustration that insiders may not buy stock during the blackout period.

I think the stock price has fallen simply from a lack of interest with all the other stock market excitement going on.
