Mike, Why did you belive that today was the day? Formally no specific date was given except that it was expected by months end. You live nearby so I thought you would have a better idea but only the FDA knows for sure. Maybe the guy making the decision is short Vivus? MCA approved the plant a long time ago. Vivus has a good man who used to work for Lilly overseeing the plant. I see no reasonable reason for the plant to not be approved. Maybe the FDA inspector noticed an untied shoelace on one of the employees and decided to write vivus up for non compliance.
