Brian and All: FWIW, I am buying some KLIC with the pre-announcement. During 1996, KLIC had a book value of $7.59 and had a P/B trough at of 1.2. Currently has a book value of $13.24 and at 1.2x book this would equal $15.88. It currently has a P/B of 1.095 at $14.5 per share at current trade. Had a 1996 P/S trough of .4 and is about .60 at this juncture at $14.5 current trade.
