Dear ejsdad - without the smiley or the '<g>' <G>, not sure if you are serious or in jest, so a matter-of-fact answer - NT will issue mo shares [134MM, if memory serves.] Additionally, BCE will reduce its holding [of NT] from 51% to 41%. So, as the famouts quote goes, "things are not what they seem, nor are they otherwis!" <VBG>.
Btw, for those who ask for portfolio strategy, while it is a personal decision, as a long[er] term investor, I am holding BAY. Additionally, I actually have a lo ball bid for a small amount of NT [no more $ <SG>] just in case.
