Eric, I read a couple of days ago, the infrastructure is not in place for western coal as it is in the east....In other words, mining costs, shipping, etc. would be much higher. Coal mining has been going on in WV since before the turn of the century, and there are still HUGE reserves. Also, WV is much closer to shipping ports, as much of this coal is exported...WV exports more coal than any other state!!...It's a long train ride from Wyoming to the pacific to ship.... He's not comparing apples to apples... I will give a report as soon as my "energy expert" talks to Jack today. Lee
