Scott, got the flu but still selling, there just wasn't enough time to get sleep and techstocks. re: Poison Pill, was not aware of it till I saw all of you talking. I recall working for Lotus a poison pill they had set up. Maybe someone here could dig up the details of that program for comparison. -Jon
