If NOVL really wants to buy back their shares, why they hype the
stock price at the same time. Don't be fooled by those so called
good news!! Do your own analysis and think thoroughly. If you want
to buy a house, what will you tell the owner? Tell the owner that
the house is going to fall apart or there is a gold mine under it?
