Richard i get confused many times over. What i know is the Usa funds the IMF is the largest contributor the US dollar is the world dollar o yet probably because we invested in so many other nations rightfully or wrongfully we have been there and our dollars are there here and everywhere.
So we created a world dollar. It almost feels like stability of hte world rests on the greenback and maybe that is being proved today. teh flight to quality has been to the US if that quality diminishes at any given moment just what Nation at present, has hand outstreched as far as ours is?

Lower demand for US dollar will drive gold up in my ever so humble opinion.
