IMO, if you are a holder at these levels you should be. You
have commodity equipment companies and a commodity whose
price is going down over the forseeable term. Investors will
trash this like yesterday's newspapers.

Check out the semi-equipment companies. Check out the
carnage that happens when commodity prices get obliterated.
Do your analysis of these companies with your most pessimistic
eye, and then lower your expectations. When that is what
you see on the ticker, only then should you consider buying.

All of the above is, of course, for investors. Traders should
do whatever black magic that they do.
