Shouldn't Navy Option have been in the Proxy ? Last proxy revision is only a few days old and could have noted that this $900 k option supply sale was pending: biz.yahoo.com " BENNINGTON, Vt., June 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Mace Security International, Inc. (Nasdaq: MACE - news) today announced that the Department of Navy has exercised its second option of a five option contract to purchase $971,400 of 40 mm less- lethal cartridges. This contract is excluded from the recently announced definitive agreement to sell the assets and business of the Federal Laboratories Law Enforcement Division to Armor Holdings, Inc.
