Maxwell this is a comment about pricing of amd and intl(re:your post intel thread). This is from prudential: Our current 1997 earnings estimate is based on 4 million K6s and an average selling price (ASP) of $175. While we intend to maintain this ASP assumption for now, we believe the performance of the K6 being demonstrated at COMDEX suggests the ASP could be at least $100 higher. We currently expect Intel's overall MPU ASP to be around $240 next year, with a $350 ASP for its Pentium Pro/Klamath MPUs Regards -Albert
