Sorry to all nimbus longs...not a pretty way to end this story:-( How ironic, some say it's good to only own when management does (incentive), yet here is a case where it couldn't possibly have worked out worse. Wrong "incentive", I guess. On the bright side, if "management" and LP's are HAPPY with $11.50 then there wasn't much hope for the stock getting any higher on its own as they surely would have sold into news (such as it came). So, y'all should be glad it didn't "drift downward" over the next year...at least now you can move your money into something that is performing...'y'all should have bought Nasdaq futures, i hear they're doing quite well this time of year! Happy hunting... edge
