Supply/Demand Analysis projected for July 10, 1998

1. (+) Effective end of dilution with its pressure to keep price down.
2. (+) Possible short covering as $1 is recognized as bottom.
3. (+) Preferred crowd might actually remain long once fully loaded and buy more at $1 and change.
4. (+) Company unencumbered by preferred smoke filled room "understandings" supports price aggressively to avoid delisting, etc...
5. (+) Good earnings.
6. (-) Preferred crowd sells remaining shares after conversion.
7. (-) Bad earnings.
8. (-) Market makers and traders who accumulated at $1 will sell into rallies.

Conclusion:
5(+) versus 3(-) therefore, demand should overcome supply.
Only poor earnings can change weighting as that carries 3x value of others.Conversely, good earnings will make for a much stronger demand.
