Who knows? And what does "soon" mean? China, Taiwan and Korea have a pretty good chance of picking up in the next 12 to 18 months (soon in my time horizon)- in my opinion. Japan has great systemic problems, and I wouldn't want to guess about their recovery- but seeing how recession has just been declared and people seem ultra gloomy - the bottom is probably near. As for Indonesia I think the unstable political situation make that region really hard to call.
