For the record, regarding the product, I concur with the Doc.

I have had bad data feed problems, (Satellite weirdness, internet, etc.) but it has always been very clear to me that if I wanted to fix those problems, I would just have to suck it up and get a Frame. As a LAN/WAN guy, I understand the bottleneck. I have used the product in Block Trading offices and remotely at home, and have never even seen a simple memory crash which happens all the time with some programs, even in Win NT.

I have also been saved on multiple occasions by Brian, one of the Series 24's, and have received incredible responsiveness from Michael Turner and Mark Stryker regarding any of my initial concerns, especially Futures (which we now have) and News (which we will soon have).

I have always found Bill Dwyer to be a well-meaning guy and a good person, but I believe the comments regarding the products and employees of Cyber-Corp are not only unfounded, but different from my experiences and those of others I have spoken to regarding Cyber-Corp.

I must stress that you should not just take my word for it -- you should call them yourself and form your own opinions...and Bill, you should feel free to voice your opinion any time as long as you clarify it as such. Last time I checked, it was still a free country.
