I agree with you that the software is good and many of the people at CyberCorp are good, too, including Brian. I praised the software, the people, and CyberCorp many times.
I referred initially to having been promised the new software on several occasions, given specific shipping date that were promised to me, and nothing happened, received nothing. That seems to be how this started. Philip Berber accused me of unfounded accusations and lack of faith. I merely responded to him and explained the basis for my remarks, the fact that different people at CyberCorp were giving me conflicting information and promises that were not kept. Did you understand that as the basis for my post? I had no intention of escalating the discussion beyond that point.
By the way, I have always considered you a good friend and I appreciate the polite way you posted your remarks to me, as opposed to our friend, Dr. Risk, who appears to be less civil. Thank you.
