One thing wrong with your argument They already gave away the company store. Its like how many times can you rob the already robbed grave? Schmidt got his up front. The BOD certainly are suspect. But I do not think from my personal experience with the current CEO, Eric Schmidt, that he is anything other than about the most honest, open, and straight CEO you will find running any current technology company. He isn't interested in manipulating anything. He is interested in making this company succeed. If the turnaround happens then he writes his ticket in this industry, and also elevates technical competence, openness, and honesty to new virtues for the aspiring CEO.
