Wait for MNPI & ROK to make standard for 56K. Of course that is dependent
on competition with USRX. In case ROK does well with MNPI for this, many
small modem vendors (as well as some large ones) will follow the standard.
Even when USRX is quick in doing this, ROK/MNPI standard will be
supported by Cisco, Bay network, Ascend Comm etc. I think MNPI has a good
chance to take off after they anounce the new standard. Plus, the license
fees for such standard may contribute some future revenue/income. Time will tell.
