(Dow Jones)--Big City Bagels Inc. (BIGC) unveiled an expanded franchising concept, a new store design and logo, and additional "Highrise" super-sized gourmet sandwiches and Caravali gourmet coffees. In a press release Wednesday, the bagel cafe company said the expansion plan is designed to increase the number of its franchises and boost sales. Big City has 21 stores operating and has sold 14 additional franchises.
