Rick, I do not know the current facts on how many "Free Trading" shares, of ADVR, there are presently. However, as of March 20, 1998, there were 91,568,133 shares of Restricted Stock. At that time there were 286,796,690 ADVR shares outstanding. That leaves, in theory, 195,228,557 shares open to trade.
It has been reported that at least 100,000,000 plus, of those 195,228,557 shares, are held in the hands of "the good guys". The "good guys" are folks like you and many, many others, who have no intentions of selling their shares at prices below $1.00+.
Rick, I have been told that as few as less than 50,000,000 ADVR shares are actually in the "free trade" zone. However, technically there are 195,228,557 "free trading" shares. I do hope that someone will correct me if I am wrong.
