BlueFox, you can take just about everything you said, and mix it togther, one part Zulu, one part ESVS, and you'll get the resulting entity. I noticed earlier you still have trouble with the 80%/20%. How can you still possibly have this problem? It's right in the filing, believe it or not, in plain English.

I could easily refute you point by point. But that'd be pointless, wouldn't it? Just do the recipe above and you should be okay. I know I will be.
