1) Is it bad business to cut employees and overhead by consolidating the offices of several business components?

No if it was for simple consolidation purposes and not due to lack of business.

2) Is it bad business to eliminate or postpone projects that can't now or won't be productive until down the road?

No if the elimination or postponement was not due to lack of business.

3) Is it bad business to take the one component that was unlike all of the rest, Laptop Solutions, and secure its future with a deal such as the one made with Panasonic?

No if the merger is completed

4) Is it bad business to nail down top-notch executives who can lead the company into the future? And to continue seeking qualified individuals as the job ads so indicate?

No if they all stay and don't use it as a transition to something better.

5) Is it bad business to concentrate on the specifics of a 50 million dollar private placement and a major merger deal that will lead a futuristic company onto Nasdaq in a sector where virtually all internet-related stocks boom the moment they're discovered?

No if that's what they're doing.

6) Is it bad business to assure that Zulu members take control of the business combination by assuming control over both boards of directors prior to the merger?

No if that's what they're doing.

7) Is it bad to release an audit prematurely when there may well be a greater strategic fit--that we don't know about--for its release? (Remember, we don't yet know the details behind this.)

Yes if that is in fact why the audit hasn't been released yet.

PT for the average investor there are just too many ifs involved here. Sure it looks great and there maybe some potential, but it's not enough to base risking a large amount of money on at this time. All I'm saying is nothing is going to get this stock rolling until we do get some more definite answers from the company. If you're willing to wait I don't care. I've just got gambling money involved, but others have more then that and they may not be as willing to wait as you and I. This is JMO>
