I have to agree with you on Q3 projected results and I expect that Q4 will
result in a loss as well. If you go to the ChipMerchant.com, AMD's "top
of the line" chips are priced as follows:

AMD K6 300mhz ..... $138.00
AMD K6-2 300mhz .. $165.00

Only a $27.00 difference for the 3DLATER and 100mhz frontside bus ... AMD's
ASP will not improve much as compared to Q1/Q2. In fact, I expect that these
prices will decrease in Q3 and Q4 due to pricing pressure from Intel.
