Joe: You answer these first: Message 4817513 Why are you the subject of an SEC investigation regarding Airstar/Xecom? Why don't you post the rescission letter you received from Airstar? When and for what reasons did you lose your Stock Brokers License? In addition to the pending SEC investigation, have you ever been the subject of an investigation by the SEC, NASD, Internal Revenue Service, or any other agency, government or private? It will be interesting to hear from you "Buddy." Wes P.S.Oh, by the way, when you copped a plea to Income Tax Evasion, how many other charges were dropped? What were they? A copy of the charging documents or indictment will be sufficient.
