Congrads on taking profits when you did. I currently hold a huge load of W's and some C's and I have been accumulating more over the last couple of days.

What happened? Dan Fisher the CEO was caught illegally trading MIDL stocks. Dan is on the run. John Spriggs DF-144 guru was made CEO, but now it seems we are not sure who has the rights to the DF-144 patent. So, John quits and the reverse merger with Arcon is rescinded. No more Arcon/MIDL. Now John has committed himself to acquiring the proof he needs to show he has the right to deal DF-144, and when he does he intends to bring it back to MIDL. He thinks it will take a week or so. Who knows. MIDL has other acquisition negotiations going on in the mean time and intends to clean Dan Fisher's clock and get back the financing he is accused of stealing.

Every thing is expected (by the longs) to be back on track in the future which explains why some of us are accumulating and remaining loyal at this time.

Gary has become the official volunteer IR, and the SEC attorney has become the CEO of MIDL. I am happy with that combination.

Obviously the status of MIDL is messy and confusing. However structures and processes are being cleaned up and the company that once appeared to have good potential as an investment, should be even stronger in the future. JMO It could return to sanity within a short time, which to me signals an opportunity for some risk takers.

There is a ton of facts and insight that has been posted over the past couple of days. I hope this summary is fairly close and useful.
