PT I was simply posting the vision that came to my mind when you made your post about filing a lawsuit against Wired and SD. Anyway you'd have to get information from Hayton and Zulu-tek to disprove what was stated in the articles, otherwise you have no case. When you get that information please pass it along to all of us even if we didn't lose any money.
