I can appreciate your excitement, But this is for MTEI posts. I looked at your pick and choose to invest some short term money in PRWT instead. Mortages in South America or more oil to add to the glut, it is certainly a puzzle as to why either one of these are going up. But I'm betting that bankers will make more than oil men at least short term.
