You left out, specifically, until March 1999. Didn't you? What isn't true? What we do know is true is that Zulu will own 80% of the resulting entity and ESVS will own 20% of the resulting entity. And that this condition will apply relative to the date hereof until 1999. Employee share disbursements, etc. must have permission of one entity to the other and dilutions won't even affect the 80% to 20% aforementioned calculation. It's plain English, BlueFox. Go with it!
