Okay, but there's still a BIG advantage in this. Once they've done the hypothetical reverse, the number of shares authorized (how many, exactly?, nobody's got back to me on this) would remain the SAME. So they've got, what, 65 million issued? Say a 100 million authorized, maybe (who knows?). They do even a 1:10 reverse split, and then they've got really a LOT of authorized shares to issue in a subsequent secondary. Or private placement, or whatever....
