Paul: Do you not find it strange that the memorandum of agreement has no penalty for walk outs , no floor and no caveats. It looks each has accepted the risk/reward of the other.

I do not think Mr House will risk being tripped up on Earnings prior to the set date. I think that will be logical and could be discounted.

For every seller there are Buyers. I think Mutual Funds Managers are having a field day. One group of Funds shorts and the other holds.
By shorting against the box they can maintain what ever price suits them. That way they can mop up any shares from Individuals who are nervous. Finally when they unwind their shorts they have a tidy
holding of shares they got from the small fry at a lower price.

The earliest sign of an uptick will be signaled by decreasing volumes.
Till then it may be best to stay the course.
