Bob, on the JavaOS port, The only thing ever demoed was a non-networked system running some local Java apps or something (I would guess some sort of limited JavaOS). Personally, I don't think that can be considered a full port of the JavaOS, you know when you're not connected to a network even! But I am more concerned about the state of Personal Java and the Windows CE type consumer devices.
