If there is a problem with FDA approval then Vivus would be on record as lying to the shareholders. Based on the past lawsuit, I doubt they would attempt to deceive anybody. They know they have to be more than honest now. I don't know how low the mms are going to drop us but they have about 2 more days to butcher us--if script data goes up on Monday that will be one plus. Plant approval can come at anytime including tomorrow but I am not holding my breath for tomorrow.
